By accessing or using the Loan Recovery platform operated by Anansee BCT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
The Loan Recovery platform provides debt recovery management services for financial institutions, collection agents, and legal teams. The platform facilitates case management, communication, payment processing, and reporting related to loan recovery operations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations governing debt recovery practices in Nigeria. You must not use the platform to harass, abuse, or threaten any individual, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anansee BCT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
